How we work
No mock data, ever.
Every panel on every page reads from a real endpoint or shows an honest "we don't have this yet" placeholder. We do not ship UI built on simulated numbers.
Engineering decisions in the open.
Architecture decisions are documented as ADRs. Per-source integrations have public discovery audits. The launch-readiness backlog lives in the repo, not a private Notion.
Production-grade from day one.
Pre-push verify gate, OpenAPI as the source of truth, reproducible builds, tested restore drills. We run one region today and say so — three-region active/active is ratified in ADR-0050 and scheduled after v1.0, not shipped. No "we'll harden it later" debt, and no claiming the roadmap as the deployment.
Public tier is permanent.
We never gate data behind paid tiers — the platform is free. The anonymous read budget and the open-source codebase exist in perpetuity.
Contribute via PRs
The fastest path to working on this codebase is to land a PR. Apache-2.0 means you don't need our permission to fork, build, or run your own copy. Four common starting points:
Decoder for a new on-chain DEX
Six-file convention: README + events + decode + consumer + dispatcher_adapter (the production seam) + tests. Templates exist for Soroswap / Phoenix / Aquarius / Comet.
CEX connector
WebSocket / REST poller against vendor APIs. Its own layout (events + parse + streamer/poller + backfill + pairs); reference implementations for Binance / Coinbase / Kraken / Bitstamp.
Supply observer
Per-domain observer (Algorithm 1 XLM / Algorithm 2 classic / Algorithm 3 SEP-41). Plug into the dispatcher hook matching what the source emits.
