Public system-health view: live per-source ingest cursors from /v1/diagnostics/cursors, per-source completeness verdicts (decoder coverage) from /v1/coverage, and archive completeness from /v1/diagnostics/archive. SLO burn rates land with the sla-probe read endpoint; cross-region consistency lands with multi-region (single-region today).

Decoder coverage
Per-source completeness verdicts — substrate continuity, event recognition, and projection reconciliation proven per source. Two axes: the served tier (retention-scoped) and the archive/lake (proven genesis-to-tip) can diverge (ADR-0033/0034).
Archive completeness
Daily cross-anchor history-archive scan: every expected checkpoint file present, missing ones re-fetched (ADR-0017).
Throughput
Ingest throughput — last 30 days
Daily decoded output from the certified lake; a sustained dip flags the pipeline falling behind.
